  • These Terms and Conditions govern the use of taxi services provided by Easykab Service.
  • By booking or using our services, the Customer agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

  • Easykab Service provides private hire and taxi transportation services.
  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Bookings

  • Bookings can be made via phone, website, mobile app, or in person.
  • Customers must provide accurate information including pickup location, destination, time, and contact details.
  • Advance bookings are recommended to ensure availability.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and applicable tariffs.
  • Additional charges may apply for waiting time, tolls, airport pickups, or special requests.
  • Payment can be made by cash, card, or approved digital methods.
  • All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Refunds are issued at the Company’s discretion and may take up to 7 working days.

6. Passenger Conduct

  • Passengers must behave respectfully and safely during the journey.
  • Smoking, drinking alcohol, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited in the vehicle.
  • The driver reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger who poses a risk or behaves inappropriately.

7. Liability

  • Easykab Service is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
  • Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the journey.

8. Data Protection

  • We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
  • Your data will be used solely for service provision and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. Complaints

  • Complaints should be submitted in writing via email 
  • We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 working days.

10. Amendments

  • Easykab Service reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • Updated terms will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of United Kingdom.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bury St Edmunds.
