Easykab Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking your transport service with Easykab. By using our website or booking a journey, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Bookings and Cancellations

Easykab reserves the right to decline any booking request. Cancellation of bookings must be made at least 12 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within this window may be subject to a cancellation fee.

2. Pricing and Payments

Prices quoted are in British Pounds (£). Airport transfer rates are typically fixed and include standard drop-off and up to 1-hour parking fees (up to £10.00). Any additional waiting times or route changes requested by the customer will incur additional charges. Payment can be made in cash, via card reader in the vehicle, or via booking invoice links.

3. Passenger Conduct & Luggage

Passengers must adhere to UK safety regulations, including wearing seatbelts. The customer is responsible for choosing a vehicle class (Saloon, Estate, MPV) suitable for their luggage requirements. Easykab is not responsible for any luggage left behind in vehicles.

4. Liability

Easykab strives to ensure that vehicles arrive on time; however, we cannot be held liable for any delays due to traffic, road closures, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
